The Museo de Artes Decorativas (Decorative Art Museum) of Ciego de Ávila exhibits very diverse and curious objects rescued in the last century in Cuba. These include a large collection of historical pieces from the national culture, among which a gramophone that still sings with Benny Moré's voice, a collection of antique pocket watches or canopy beds decorated with mother-of-pearl inlays, among many other peculiarities, may attract your attention.
If Cuban culture, as well as museums or collections of relics, are something that you are passionate about, you can join a guided tour given by a professional from the centre. You will get more extensive and detailed explanations in order to participate in this little trip back in time.
