The Casa Museo del Café (Coffee House Museum) is located in the Topes de Collantes region, within the province of Sancti Spíritus, in Cuba. Here you will discover the history of the cultivation and preparation of one of the most consumed beverages in the world.
Coffee beans have been cultivated in these mountains for more than two centuries. In this rustic café you will be able to taste this delicious drink while you discover the history of its production on the island, from its peak to its subsequent decline. Plus, you can try one of the most coveted varieties of coffee, Crystal Mountain.
As you go up the road, you will reach the Jardín de Variedades del Café, a short walk where you can see 25 different types of coffee trees.
