The Fábrica de Chocolate (Chocolate Factory) of Cuba is located near the Baracoa airport. It is easily accessible thanks to the well-signposted route and that typical aroma of cacao. That aroma leads your way to the heart of the factory and will wake up your taste buds.

Although it might look like a simple factory with no interest at all, the factory has more historic pieces in it that you would actually think. It was opened in 1963 by Ernesto Guevara when he was the Industry Minister and since then has offered Cuba the biggest chocolate production chain ever achieved thanks to modern technology.
