The Museo Provincial Ignacio Agramonte (Ignacio Agramonte Provincial Museum) is one of the most important institutions in Camagüey, Cuba. It stands out as the maximum exhibitor within the art collections offered by this province. It was opened on December 23, 1955, in homage to Major General Ignacio Agramonte y Loynaz.

This institution has the collection of the most important and representative pieces of the territory and a good part of the national context. Thanks to its manager, Mariana Betancourt Garay, and to her careful involvement, it benefits from great social recognition.

The museum began as a considerable collection of pieces and officially began operating as a museum from 1920. But it was in later years, thanks to the Pro-Museum Board of Trustees, that it was finally considered a true museum.

In 1955 the official inauguration took place, and inside it housed the Museo de Historia Natural “Carlos de la Torre y Huerta” (Carlos de la Torre y Huerta Museum of Natural History), and an excellent collection of Cuban paintings granted by Oscar Loret de Mola in addition to other pieces that were donated.

There are five main sections to be visited, such as the Sala de Artes Plásticas (Plastic Arts Room), with works by both national and international artists; the Sala de Historia Natural (Natural History Room), which has an impressive collection of dissected animals; the Sala de Artes Decorativas (Decorative Arts Room), which exhibits furniture and sculptures made from the 18th century onwards; the Sala Viva (Living Room), dedicated mainly to Cuban flora; and the Sala Transitoria (Transitory Room), which varies in theme according to historical dates.
