The Prado de las Esculturas is one of the main attractions that you can find in the La Gran Piedra mountain range, in the Cuban province of Santiago de Cuba. It is a beautiful exhibition of 20 pieces from all over the world placed in the open air.
In 1988, a series of artists decided to decorate this area known for the large number of rocks on the ground. Although the space was already beautiful to contemplate, with the addition of these sculptures it became a wonderful place to enjoy natural creation and that of the human being. The 20 pieces it consists of have been created by renowned artists around the globe from countries such as France, Japan, Mexico, Germany and of course, Cuba, who have used a variety of materials for their design. Through the path that runs along the esplanade you can contemplate them all while enjoying the fresh air, a great plan.
